Returns
Our commitment at Blooming Fem is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand, however, that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:
Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To initiate a return, kindly ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Should you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at info@bloomingfem.pk.
Alternatively, you can request a reverse pickup by sending an email to info@bloomingfem.pk.
